TIGERLILIES204w.jpgMy tiger lilies.  They are so pretty each year!

My name is Kathie, and I am located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

A tidbit about me, as my life has not been one of huge excitement as I worked full time for 35 years.  However, I am now finally free to do a little something for myself and hopefully for others.

The people other than my family that most influenced my life were The Beatles.  I loved them from the day I saw them.  I saw them twice in concert in Chicago.  I ran a Beatle fan club for six years, became a chapter through much hard work, of the National Beatle Fan Club.  I then received a press pass to go back and see them, however they never toured again.

I corresponded with George Harrison's Mother, via letters and phone.  She gave me much imput into having correct facts on them.  I treasure her letters that I still have to this day.  I received many permissions to use their pictures etc. so that I could run the club.  I was devasted by the murder of John Lennon, and the death of my favorite - George Harrison.

Their songs, especially the lyrics to them have tremendous meaning that I live by and hope all could.  They believed in peace and love.  I feel they were the best songwriters and composers of all time.  Below you will see a dedication picture that I designed especially for them, with permission to use the design.

My other favorite person is John Travolta, as boy this guy could dance.  I liked him from the day I saw him on Welcome back Kotter.  I knew he would have great potential and he proved that.  My favorite is Saturday Night Fever, where he shows just the awesome capability of dancing he could do.  I had a dream to have one dance with him before I go.  Well, I will keep dreaming I guess.

I am very interested in photography, always have been, and started graphic design by making birthday cards for the family.  They also thought I should do something as they felt I was talented.

I have done and love to write.  I have written obituaries, tributes etc. and have been told my writing brings people to tears.  I hope to write a book some day on my life experiences.

This is my first attempt at website design, so bear with me, until I get more expertise.

I hope to add more pictures and more of my designs as I go along.  I hope you have and will continue to enjoy your experience here.  Below are "my boys" and the design I tributed to them.  This picture will never be sold.
